Hey Everyone! Am looking to get some experience doing freelance work, unpaid/paid...whatever! I will be living in Equatorial Guinea for three months, and then South Africa for the three months after that. If anyone is interested in guest posts pertaining to the eco-attractions in these areas, human rights issues, travel backpacking through these areas, or a post on the South African World Cup (which I will be there for)...just let me know!

:-)

Hi everyone, I'm a longtime journalist, primarily a magazine and web writer, specialize in health and travel. Just started blogging so I have a place for the story ideas I want to work on, rather than just doing editor-assigned topics! My blog is www.Health-Conscious-Travel.com; my clips are up on www.MelanieHaiken.com

We just launched a new series on our darn good digs blog where travel writers and bloggers review their favorite independently owned hotels, hostels, and b&b's under $150. Jeanine Barone, of J The Travel Authority, wrote our inaugural piece. If you are interested in being featured on our blog, as well as included in our darngooddigs.com travel guide, please let us know or just go to our nomination page. If you have any questions about our selection process, please visit our FAQ. Thanks everyone! -Michael

I live and work part of the year in northern England and part of it in Italy. Spend some time each month visiting somewhere else too, predominantly in Europe. I think there's so much to see in Europe, I won't have time to do half of it justice in terms of understanding.

You can see my ramblings about what appears in front of me at http://haze-dweller.blogspot.com

Hi everyone, it's good to hear other people are feeling exactly the same way I am. I work 10 hours a day at my day job, plus commuting time, and sometimes find it nearly impossible to keep up with the freelance writing (especially when there are tight deadlines) as well as my blog, twitter, etc. Since I work on a computer all day, it can be hard to stare at the screen at night as well. But I do agree that Twitter is great for communication and getting online for the short periods of time that I have. I can't tweet when I'm at work but can occasionally log on for a few minutes at lunchtime. As Lara said, I find Twitter to be fun and a good way to keep in touch with writers and bloggers.
